My practice is LGBTQIA+ and neurodiversity affirming

Session Format

For therapy, I offer in-person as well as virtual sessions, if desired, when appropriate. For assessments, intake and feedback sessions can be held virtually, however, all testing is done in person at my Boulder office.

Payment Information

I am a private pay practice and do not submit claims to insurance companies; however, I can provide a detailed invoice for you to supply to your insurance provider and/or health savings account for possible reimbursement as an out-of-network provider. I recommend reaching out to your insurance provider to discuss coverage and potential reimbursement prior to scheduling.

I accept cash, check, or credit card payments and collect fees at time of service.

Good Faith Estimate

After collaboratively determining the optimal course of treatment, I will provide a Good Faith Estimate for the cost of services based on specific goals and needs.  The No Surprises Act requires that care estimates are given to individuals who are not utilizing insurance and self-pay for health services. Be sure to save a copy of your Good Faith Estimate for your records. For questions or more information about your rights and the No Surprises Act, please visit https://www.cms.gov/nosurprises
